I recently installed exim/mailman as per the HOWTO. However, each
message sent to a list is being frozen by Exim with the following message:

A couple of messages I found on the web hinted that it might be due to
the permissions of the exim binary, so I've set the sticky bit, but that
didn't seem to work, either.
I'd appreciate any pointers.
