If I use mozilla to send email, the authentication is successful and the authentication is with different authenticator. This is shown in the log file:

P=esmtpa A=sasl_cram_md5

With, Outlook, the authenticator used:
fixed_login authenticator failed for (winserver) [192.168.9.1]: 535 Incorrect authentication data (set_id=bob@???)
