And it makes a good job of pointing out the downsides of SPF and SenderID.
The problem with all such schemes (including BATV which Tony
co-authored) is that there are always downsides - until we see an I-D
for the FUSSP, that will always be the case. And the proponents of one
scheme will always consider that their scheme's downsides are less
important than the other scheme's downsides.... hence the lack of
consensus.
The landscape will change a lot now that MARID has shut up shop -
Unfied SPF is likely to gain momentum, but BATV deserves attention,
too.
