Make a file of valid local parts (ie without the domain)
Put a router like this at the top of your routers:
checkexchange:
driver = accept
domains = <your exchange domain>
local_parts = lsearch;/path/to/file
verify_only = yes
Make sure your RCPT acl calls for 'verify=recipient'
