AFAIK: NO

MIMEDefang [ http://www.mimedefang.org/ ] is a perl based GPL licensed Milter
[ http://www.milter.org/ ]. Milter is a sendmail [ http://www.sendmail.org/ ]
extension for allowing external programs to take part in filtering/blocking
messages (e.g. rejecting recipients in response to "RCPT TO:", rejecting
message in response to "the final dot").

Sendmail.org *has not* published official *milter protocol* specification, the
description of the protocol available in pmilter sourceforge project has been
reverse engineered. It makes attempts to implement milter in non sendmail MTAs
much harder. Some people also suggested that milter protocol design is unfit
for some other MTAs architectures.

Sendmail.org behaves as it was its intention to keep milter as "Sendmail only"
extension [personal *long* lasting impression].
