[Exim] newbie email problems

Hi,
I am very very new to exim but using qmail for years. I have problem with
exim that I am unable to deliver my mails even to localhost. My
config file is at,
www.bjjhumit.com/exim.conf.txt

reject.log show,
2004-07-05 17:24:11 H=localhost [127.0.0.1] U=root F=<> temporarily rejected RCPT <shantanu@???>: "" is not an absolute path

Googling didn't bring up anything concrete for me. Can someone suggest a
solution?
