Thank you Philip! I've looked for it and after some "digging in the
dirt", the following lines worked for us:

--- exim.conf ---

[...]

MYSQL_Q_RELAYHOST=SELECT net FROM MYSQL_RELAYDOMAINTABLE WHERE status =
'ok'

[...]

# build colon separated list for relay_hosts
RELAYHOSTLIST = ${sg{${lookup mysql
{MYSQL_Q_RELAYHOST}{$value}}}{(.*)}{\$1 :}}

[...]

hostlist relay_from_hosts = 127.0.0.1 : RELAYHOSTLIST

[...]

If someone's got a better solution for the problem, bring it on! :)
