Well, it doesn't really matter where the zone record is held or served
from. If you have multiple domains with their MX records pointing towards
your Exim server, and you want to apply different rules for e-mail
delivery to those domains depending on the domain name, that's what I
would call "virtual hosting", although some would disagree with that name.
