[Exim] Get headers into database

I've been frustrated trying to pipe information such as the message id
and $h_from into a database.

I've tried a system filter with a pipe command, but the command is not
run.

I've tried an unseen router/pipe transport combo but again the command
(in the form of command = <cmd> <arg1> <arg2> ... <argn>) dinnae seem to
work either.

Help!
