[Exim] hints databases and exim_tidydb

Should the callout database be tidied? (I assume yes.) The documentation
for exim_tidydb doesn't mention it. Also the misc database is a bit
mysterious -- presumably it only exists if you use some feature that
requires it, but those features aren't listed.
