It appears that you created a list called "liste1" but not a list called
"liste1-users"
For every list you make there should be a
MAILMAN_HOME/lists/LISTNAME/config.pck file. Try creating a new list
with the name you're looking for and see if it works.
As a side note, as someone who administers a few 700+ user lists, VERP is
your friend. it adds a little to the overall system load but helps the
bounce detection endlessly.
