Yep - they're mostly the ones we want to block. Mail directly to my MXs from
a dynamic IP is automatically unwanted.
My take on this is that not have FCrDNS is not prima facae evidence to block
(others would disagree), but there is sufficient correlation between hosts
that have faulty rDNS and hosts I don't want to receive mail from for it to
be a useful enough tool.
I bet the Hotmail admins have seen a spike in the number of rejects at SMTP
time today :-)
