[Exim] Using Ecartis mailing list manager with Exim 4

I have found on the web a useful guide to using the Ecartis mailing list
manager with Exim 4. It uses the same basic approach as the Mailman
guide on the Exim site; it might be nice to add a link to it on the Exim
