besides the hotmail hosts I pointed out, you are also catching a ton of
spoofed spam from open proxies.

the hotmail hosts you are catching are in 65.54.245.0/24 and
65.54.247.0/24 - that's part of a range 65.52.0.0/14 assigned to
microsoft.
