No, it's an absolutely essential 'feature' in Exim which stops your server
turning into an open relay.

2 approaches:

- Add your client's IP to a hostlist which might be called
'relay_from_hosts', and might also be referenced in an acl_smtp_rcpt ACL
which may be called smtp_check_rcpt. (Can't be more specific because it's
dependent on how you set your configure file up. These settings are from the
default template).

or better,

- Implement SMTP Authentication, so your clients can send mail whatever IP
they show up from. For bonus points, do this on the MSA port (587), not on
port 25.
