To be fair to MS (not something they are likely to be in return) they
aren't they only company guilty of this. Oracle are almost as bad.
The problem, as I see it, is that they, as a company, do not (want to)
see things from a mail administrators point of view. They see their
product from a business PoV, a DBA PoV and a users PoV. MS are guilty
of the former and latter.

What we have to do, as mail admins, behind the scenes does not really seem
to concern anyone as long as their shiny system works*.
