try:  ignore_target_hosts = 0.0.0.0 : 127.0.0.0/8 : 10.0.0.60
       self = send

self = send bypasses Exim's normal protection against single-host mail loops, so
you need to add the true local interface to ignore_target_hosts to be safe.
