the (xx.xx.xxx.yy) is what they sent as the helo string:
i.e. HELO 123.123.123.123

And just for a fuller explination
irm-4-13.dialup.access.telecore.net.ru == DNS PTR record
(xx.xx.xxx.yy) == unverfied HELO string
[213.135.70.108] == connecting IP of the client
