Well, that is not an address list in the senders field. That could
cause problems. Read the manual. It is very well written.

senders
Type: address list, expanded (precondition)

But, I suspect it is hanging up on the fact that that instance name is
not valid:

"Driver instance names, which are used for reference in log entries and
elsewhere, can be any sequence of letters, digits, and underscores
(starting with a letter) and must be unique among drivers of the same
type."

In other words, take the dot out of the name of the router.
