[Exim] Exim 4.3 on Gentoo Linux

I am writing to see if there is anyone out there who has successfully
setup Exim 4.3 with the following peramiters: +pam +sasl +exiscan-acl
+mbox, Clamav, and Spamassasin on Gentoo Linux 1.4. If you have, could
you please relate to me how in God's green earth did you get it
working........
