[Exim] Delay answer for unknown user or not...

In my setup, I currently make my Exim wait a couple of seconds before
answering to remote host "Unknown user". For my local user, my server
give the answer quickly without delay.

This delay was a way to discouraged spammer for "guessing" email
addresses on my server since it takes lot of time before telling "User
unknown"...

The downside is that my server keep many connections open for nothing,
just for wait... So my server reach is maximum number of connection
quickly...

Anyone else using that kind of delay? (except others who based their
setup on George Szekely's setup)
