Hi,

I recognized exim-users' delivery to me stopped on Jan 22th and found a
lot of line like these in my logfiles:

2004-01-25 00:39:40 H=exim-colo-01.whoc.theplanet.co.uk [195.92.249.251]
sender verify defer for <exim-users-admin@???>: Could not complete
sender verify callout
2004-01-25 00:39:40 H=exim-colo-01.whoc.theplanet.co.uk [195.92.249.251]
F=<exim-users-admin@???> temporarily rejected RCPT
<be@???>: Could not complete sender verify callout

Now I increased the timeout for SMTP callback to 120 sec and a lot of
exim-users' mails could be delivered.

When I talk SMTP myself to exim-colo-01.whoc.theplanet.co.uk, I see long
delays in exim-colo-01's answer. Ca. 6 sec to print the SMTP banner, ca.
6 sec to respond to EHLO and around 60 sec to RCPT TO: after MAIL FROM:
<realaddress> and MAIL FROM:<> (response to MAIL FROM is immediately).

What's going on here?
