[Exim] delay warnings

Hi there,

question: When are delay messages (specified by delay_warning) sent? I
suppose when delivery takes place and fails, and a delay_warning limit
has been exeeded.

This gives me one problem: when delivery is skipped (due to a not
reachable host, e.g.) no delay warning is sent for that message. True? I
belive I've seen that for some messages here. This may be a bug too..
