I don't use Mandrake myself, but according to a warning I received from
Derek Simkowiak (for people using my Exim RPM info at
http://www.timj.co.uk/linux/exim.php, but it is equally applicable in any
circumstance):

A program called 'msec' may change the installed permissions of Exim's
binary. You may need to adjust /usr/share/msec/perm.x (where 'x' is your
security level), and set the permissions for /usr/sbin/sendmail to 4755.
