Sorry, Alan, that was strictly an oversight. I'm responding to the list
rather than to you.

It works fine, and I'm using it in my final copy. Note that I had a
comment on the same line, and that caused it to fail to work until I
moved the comment. I did some checking with:

exim -C exim.conf.experimental -bh

per your suggestion and I think I've cleaned it all up and that it works
fine now.
