These all relate to message bodies, which Exim doesn't worry
itself with. There is support for decoding MIME words in
headers, but that's a not a big part of MIME.

This is about Policy rather than Mechanism, so it's up to you to implement
it rather than Exim.

There are many more email-related RFCs which you have missed out and
which I do not have time to list.
