That's OK if you're only going to "tag" spam. However, the original
questioner was asking about rejecting spam during the dialog.

In order to split it up with routers you'll have to accept responsiblity
for handling the spam messages, at which point its too late to reject
anything. All you can do is tag.

As Alan says, a degree of per-user prefs _can_ co-exist with
scanning/rejection during the dialog - by means of selective defers at
RCPT time. See the list archives or the example (6?) that comes with
exiscan.
