The DBs never get smaller, but tidydb flushes out the unused entries and
the space gets re-used. As it is indexed, the size probably doesn't
matter, though it depends on how the DBM library operates.

However, if you want to make them smaller, just delete them. Exim will
recreate them, and as you are now cleaning them regularly, they
shouldn't grow to be so big. Depending on the implementation of the DBM
library you are using, this may speed things up - I don't know anything
about DBM library internals, but it seems plausible.
