As somebody else pointed out, exim_fixdb.

You can't do that, but you can specify a very long time (e.g. 52w) for
the final timeout.

thishost.com * F,1d,15m; F,52w,1h

The longest time it will hold is however many seconds can fit into a
32-bit integer, which is several decades.
