See several previous postings on this list and responses by Nigel
Metheringham. Exim itself should be free of this problem (since 4.14).
Nobody has tracked this down, but the suspicion is that there is
something in the IPv6 stack that provokes this. Try turning off IPv6
support if you are not actually making use of IPv6. That has worked for
some people. This does seem to be RH related.
