How many hosts on your network have MX records ? (I'm having to assume that
you mean: host a.b.c.d connecting:

d.c.b.a.in-addr.arpa (ptr) -> z.example.tld,...
z.example.tld (mx) -> some.host.example.tld,...
some.host.example.tld (a) -> a.b.c.d,...

or do you not mean that? If not, your question is probably meaningless...
