[Exim] FW: bombarded with Medication - follow up

This did not work.

If I add the system filter:

if $message_body: contains "Vioxx"

it works.

Now, is there a way to get the system filter to lsearch a file?
eg

if $message_body: contains
{lsearch;/usr/exim/blocked-words/blockedwords}{$value}}
