This happens alot in an ISP environment. For example, you have a new user
who signs up for a dialup/e-mail account.
They have just bought a brand new PC, got M$ Windows 2000, installed it
with ALL options enabled. In those options (for example) there is the
dreaded M$ SMTP Service, which is an open relay by default.
When he dials up, he's assigned an IP via our NASes, and those IPs
are in my +relay_from_hosts.

Now tell me, do I or do I not trust that IP??
