[Exim] route based on source ip

Hello,
is it possible to use a manualroute to use different transports based on the source ip/range that is sending the mail?

eg: I allow everyone on 10.x to relay, but if they're sending from 10.1.x they're directed to smarthost A, and if they're on 10.2.x they go to smarthost B.
