the magic is in the "${if eq
{${substr_0_3:$header_X-Spam-Status:}}{Yes}{/.spam-probable}{}}"
statement, which just checks for a spam-status header and sends to the
right folder
in terms of checking for the existence of a folder. i have no clue.
maybe handle that with a filter?
