Why do you do this? What are you trying to achieve? If you just want the
normal delivery to happen, just use "finish" without any "deliver"
command. Exim will go on to do the normal deliveries.

Assuming you just want to do normal deliveries, option (c) is "do
nothing", and the default will do it.
