Hi Dan,

You could probably achieve this with a transport filter[1].

Just make sure you print out to standard output exactly what you receive on
standard input. You could make copies of and store whatever data in the message
you want.

An alternative might be a shadow transport if the deliveries are local. (I
don't believe they work for remote deliveries).
