You are right about the different db managers -I forgot about this! If my

I wasn't trying to be patronizing, really. But you HAVE to ask....

As I recall, you were able to specify which DBM library you wanted to use in
perl. Are you using the same one that exim was compiled with? Just a
thought...

Please keep us posted. (no pun intended, really) It would be interesting to
see what else doesn't work as expected, or what workarounds are needed.
