Sounds like from what you say that it is not Exim (standard installation
lets say) which is segfaulting of itself alone but this is happening
after SpamAssassin has touched messages.

Have you tested and tried Exim working alone (no SA) to rule out/confirm
that it is working OK on your setup?

This question should strictly be posted onto the SA-Exim list as it
relates to an add on to Exim. I don't see your question there. Are you
using SA-Exim (http://marc.merlins.org/linux/exim/sa.html) or straight
SpamAssassin ??

Would suggest:
1) check and get working standard Exim setup, then
2) do a split setup with one Exim daemon accepting messages and second
Exim daemon picking up and delivering
3) then put SA-Exim in (if it is SA-Exim you are using, which I don't
think you are - but I am not up on SA)

That should help to pin down point of failure. Good luck.
