[Exim] Go Go Post Canada (was re: exim book shipping)

My exim book arrived yesterday. Yay!

Only 14days from the date of postmark, via expedited parcel, from BC to
NY

Granted they're on opposite coasts of one another -- but DAMN, the
freaking pony express was faster than that. It would have been faster
ordering direct from the UK.

Anyways, the book is simply amazing. I find the format/style/whatever
100x better than the exim 3 book or the documentation. Amazing job.
(not to knock either of the other 2, which are highly informative, just
hard to navigate -- which is expected of tech.specs and oreilley
books). Wish i had this thing a month ago.
