[Exim] user to host(domain) question

Is there a way to have one server that hosts more than one domain to
accept email for a specific user and only go to a specific domain.
ie:
Joe is a user on a server. This server hosts abc.com, xyz.com, and nmo.net.
I only want Joe to get email for xyz.com and not the others. This server
uses
uw-imap, exim(debian woody version).
