Add return_path = $user@$qualify_domain to the default userforward
router. You'd also have to change the system_aliases router if any
of the alias destinations are non-local, but I'm not sure what the
right change would be; perhaps return_path = postmaster@$qualify_domain
Most mailing list managers already change the return path in an
appropriate manner.
