You'd need to write it as:
deny !dnslists = rbl-plus.mail-abuse.ja.net=127.1.0.2
dnslists = rbl-plus.mail-abuse.ja.net
But since I use mutiple lists, I only wanted to have a single deny for all
of them hence the reason for the patch.
