Hi there

You said in a previous post that you have an Exim 3.36 server on
Redhat 7.3. Did you 'inherit' this system from a previous sysadmin?

Are you really tied to (stuck with) using this old version? You have
posted a number of queries and really if you really want to get the
best out of the group you really should upgrade the system to the
latest Exim major release - release 4 which is now up to version 4.20

It's not that hard to do and you will find the new version also easier
to use.
