That's a guess. The RFC does not actually say that there should only be
one Resent-To: for each resending. However, it's a good point, and I
agree that one can probably defend that position by analogy with the
restriction on only one To: line.

Which set does Resent-Date: belong to? Which set does the Resent-cc:
belong to?
