[Exim] Resending mail

Greetings

After a few hours of searching the mailing list archive I have come up
with nothing but a head ache.

My scenario :

Mail is delivered to the mail spool directories in MailDir format
(Works 100%)
Using Exim 3.36 (Yeah I know it old)
RedHat 7.3

What I need to do is re-read the mail in a specific domains directory
and re-send / forward (basically placing it back into the SMTP queue).
Anyone have a script / URL / HOWTO that will assist me in doing this?
