i've fixed (i think) an open relay at a customer site. in trying to run the
battery of tests at
http://www.abuse.net/relay.html, i've run into a bit
of a snag. i'm sure there's a configuration option that will let me get
past this, but i can't seem to find it in the manual.
specifically, on relay test 12, exim 4.14 appears to decide it's had enough
of this:

<<< 554 Too many nonmail commands

Could not reset connection, test failed.

i'm continuing to look through the list of options for a relevant one, but
if someone happens to know what i can do to remove the limit temporarily,
i'd certainly appreciate it.
i need to move this along, so that i can signal the customer that it's time
to ask ORDB to delist the server, and i'd rather be certain it's really
fixed before i do that.
