I was going to say that myself but you were quicker (I had to configure
pine to change the sender).

It must be said that there is also another category of mail, and those are
the locally generated ones (submitted by invoking exim itself). They are
not SMTP, so, do they also trigger the RCPT acl? Me thinks not, but might
be wrong.
