You want a mailer that supports the IMAP protocol. If you are running
windows, you can try Eudora, Pegasus, or The Bat (never used Bat, but I
think it supports IMAP). If you want to switch to Linux, Evolution does
pretty much everything Outlook does. You also have Kmail and a plethora
of other options.
