Install mailman, see www.list.org for details. Yes, it's overblow for
what you want to do but once you have it installed you'll find more use
for it.

RTFM. It's all in the documentation, FAQ and list archives.

In short, have a router that accepts mails for all the domains (which
are in read from a file/database/variable) and send then the exchange as
in the mailhub configuration.
